FINE DINING IN THE HEART OF BUDA
Located in Ostrom Street in Buda and recommended by the Michelin guide since 2008, the Arany Kaviár restaurant opened its doors in 1990, with the aim of providing both domestic and international guests with a clean, but the same time elegant and progressive cuisine, in which the international caviar specialties and dishes made from domestic ingredients, complemented by a wide selection of wine and Champagne (our drink selection was awarded 2 glasses by the international Wine Spectator).




The specialty of the 45-seat restaurant is that it also has a secret garden and a chef’s table.
In 2024, the restaurant's iconic owner couple, Attila Molnár and Szása Nyíri, confirmed a real, young chef talent to head the restaurant, none other than Bence Molnár, who started his career in Michelin-starred restaurants and in the Bocuse d'Or competition series.
The mission of the fine dining restaurant is to prepare tasting menus and a’la carte dishes for guests, made from seasonal, domestic ingredients and with the best technologies. At Arany Kaviár, traditional Hungarian flavors are prepared in a new form and with attractive serving.
