2019. Gourmet Festival

We had such a great time with all of you during the Gourmet Festival from the 16th of May til the 19th of May.

One of the most popular dishes was our Mango and caviar dish.

Do not worry if you didn’t have a chance to try it during the festival, as you can also order it in the resaurant.

Beluga Vodka Dinner 2019.02.28.

We had another amazing dinner! As Spring is just around the corner it was time to say ‚goodbye‘ to Winter. It was a perfect cause for celebration with our special Beluga Vodka Dinner on the very last day of Winter on 28th February. We hope you had fun with us!

Dining Guide Awards 2019.02.25.

We have some great news to share with you!


We are proud to announce that Arany Kaviár Restaurant was awarded to the Best Wine List according to the Volkswagen-Dining Guide. The restaurant was also ranked among the Top 10 Best Restaurant, the Top 5 Best Restaurant Coffee List and the Top 10 Best Service.It is an honour that Arany Kaviár has been selected to the Top 10 Restaurant since the foundation of the Dining Guide Award. Not to mention that our Wine-List’s unique champagne selection was highlighted during the award ceremony.

We can’t be grateful enough. Without your loyalty we would not have achieved such a privilege.

Bollinger R.D. Champagne dinner

It was an honour to organize a Bollinger R.D. Champagne Dinner at Arany Kaviár Restaurant. Our Head Chef, László Kanász created truly memorable matching courses for the different vintages!

Gourmet Festival 2018

This year we also participated at the Gourmet Festival, which had really special and fitting themes for us: dumplings and caviar. Our caviar expert, Edina Szalay and our owner-executive chef, Szása Nyíri gave a lecture on caviars on the main stage.

Our Head Chef, László Kanász created a “Fish dumpling from The Volga river” and “Marrowbone” with Imperial caviar. Everyone could try these dishes at our booth.

It was a great gastronomic event, we hope our guests enjoyed it as well. See you next year!

Dom Pérignon Champagne dinner 05.04.2018.

It was our pleasure and honour to organize the first Dom Pérignon Champagne Dinner in Hungary. Our Head Chef, László Kanász created perfectly matching courses for the different vintages. The presentations were lead by Ted Lelekas (ambassador of Dom Pérignon), György Márkus (international Champagne expert) and Tom Stevenson (Master of Wine).

Michelin guide main cities of europe gala 26.03.2018.

It was an honour to attend the MICHELIN Main Cities of Europe 2018 gala and also to represent our country during the previous gastronomic events. We are proud to be part of the MICHELIN Family!

Hungarian Sommelier Championship 04.03.2018.

Our Sommelier, Péter Tüü finished second on the Hungarian Sommelier Championship. He also won 3 special awards, the best foreign language presentation, the most elegant service style and the best in spotting and correcting wine list mistakes. We would like to say congratulations to all the competitors at the Championship!


Russian Standard vodka dinner 18.02.2018.

On the 28th of February we organized a “Goodbye Winter” dinner, where Tatiana Petrakova, the brand ambassador of Russian Standard introduced every single member of the vodka family, including the brand new design of the Platinum!

Our Head Chef, László Kanász created the matching dishes for the event.
