WE CREATED THIS MENU TO MAKE WEEKEND LUNCHES, FAMILY GET-TOGETHERS MORE MEMORABLE. IT IS SPECIAL IN THE WAY THE VARIOUS COLD THEN WARM STARTERS (ZAKUSKI IN RUSSIAN) ARE PUT ON THE TABLE CONTINUOUSLY, SO THAT OUR GUESTS CAN TASTE THEM ONE AFTER THE OTHER. LOUIS FRANCOIS & CO.
