The Arany Kaviár Laboratory is a community space where modern gastronomy, sustainability, and traditional culinary arts come together. In 2025, we are preparing for a unique dinner series, where we can host up to 12 guests at each event. Our interactive, modern, and innovative approach is further enhanced by the presence of renowned and highly respected guest experts specializing in the themes of these exclusive dinners. In addition to the dinner series, the AK Lab regularly hosts workshops and cooking classes and is also available for business and private events for up to 12 guests..

THE OYSTER
Péter Szabó to the AK Lab – the one and only original Hungarian OYSTER SOMMELIER!
A 6-piece oyster tasting – combined with an educational workshop – followed by a 3-course seafood dinner tailored to the theme of the evening. The entire event will be accompanied by a drink selection featuring Hungarian, gold medal-winning Magnum champagnes!
Expect an evening full of flavor and learning!
If you’ve ever wondered how to properly open an oyster, what distinguishes different types, what terroir and merroir mean, whether oyster etiquette is a thing, or what the term Fine de Claire refers to – this event is for you!
