The Arany Kaviár Laboratory is a community space where modern gastronomy, sustainability, and traditional culinary arts come together. In 2025, we are preparing for a unique dinner series, where we can host up to 12 guests at each event. Our interactive, modern, and innovative approach is further enhanced by the presence of renowned and highly respected guest experts specializing in the themes of these exclusive dinners. In addition to the dinner series, the AK Lab regularly hosts workshops and cooking classes and is also available for business and private events for up to 12 guests..

“The New Generation”
Bíró Dani (Zazie) and Molnár Bence (Arany Kaviár)
For one night only, two of the rising stars - the "young boys" of the new generation - are teaming up at the Arany Kaviár Lab to showcase their interpretation of “classic Hungarian cuisine” and how it blends with freeze-drying, distillation, and the latest culinary techniques and trends. We are preparing a unique, one-time-only modern and interactive dining experience, providing a platform for youthful, innovative ideas to make their surprising and modern mark.

7-course menu price: 45,000 HUF + 15% service charge per person
Wine pairing price: 35,000 HUF + 15% service charge per person
Participation is only confirmed after the payment of the dinner fee.
