This 5-course tasting menu is both for guests who love caviar and for those who would like to get an introduction to the world of caviar! Each course is inspired and garnished by a different caviar – including the dessert! The Real Caviar Experience!

We are really proud ouf our seawater as well as freshwater fishes, the latter of which come from our own fish farm. There is a special place in our hearts for our Russian dishes that have been on the menu for a quarter of a century now.

We recommend this experience for those who would like to try our traditional Russian dishes, which have been on the menu for more than 25 years, and have been transformed from time to time – just like the restaurant has. You can order our Traditional Menu with a selection of wines, but if you are into a real Russian treat, try the vodka selection.
