This year we also participated at the Gourmet Festival, which had really special and fitting themes for us: dumplings and caviar. Our caviar expert, Edina Szalay and our owner-executive chef, Szása Nyíri gave a lecture on caviars on the main stage.
Our Head Chef, László Kanász created a “Fish dumpling from The Volga river” and “Marrowbone” with Imperial caviar. Everyone could try these dishes at our booth.
It was a great gastronomic event, we hope our guests enjoyed it as well. See you next year!
It was our pleasure and honour to organize the first Dom Pérignon Champagne Dinner in Hungary. Our Head Chef, László Kanász created perfectly matching courses for the different vintages. The presentations were lead by Ted Lelekas (ambassador of Dom Pérignon), György Márkus (international Champagne expert) and Tom Stevenson (Master of Wine).

It was an honour to attend the MICHELIN Main Cities of Europe 2018 gala and also to represent our country during the previous gastronomic events. We are proud to be part of the MICHELIN Family!
Our Sommelier, Péter Tüü finished second on the Hungarian Sommelier Championship. He also won 3 special awards, the best foreign language presentation, the most elegant service style and the best in spotting and correcting wine list mistakes. We would like to say congratulations to all the competitors at the Championship!
On the 28th of February we organized a “Goodbye Winter” dinner, where Tatiana Petrakova, the brand ambassador of Russian Standard introduced every single member of the vodka family, including the brand new design of the Platinum!
Our Head Chef, László Kanász created the matching dishes for the event.
